New drainage from the gutters to a pop up under the walkway. Get the water away from the house. New step. Remove bricks, re-grade, replace bricks. New polymeric sand. Powerwash. Get rid of the snap edging and use concrete. Add a little bit of black dirt, bring the grade up. Plant boxwood and cover the area with mulch. Bushes under the front window. Remove them. Transant a few hydrangea to replace the removed bushes. Looks great.

Last Friday we started another outdoor living space. We graded out an area that used to function as a pond. Around this pond was small berms, plants, stones, and different kinds of rock. This area will become a circular patio with a fire pit in the middle. More pics to follow.

This patio was recently powerwashed. This patio was supposed to be sealed but the company did'nt do it. This company was supposed to add polymeric sand. Didn't do it. So..... we are taking over. We are fixing some of the grading. We are closing the gap of the bricks. We will use polymeric sand on this patio. We are removing the snap edging from this patio and adding concrete instead. The finished product. We removed all the bricks. We created a new pitch away from the house toward the lake by adding screening. We reset the bricks using the same pattern. We added a charcol border using hollenstone pavers due to lack of existing bricks. We powerwashed the bricks. Placed polymeric sand between the bricks. Looks great. Yes, we reconstruct existing patios. (847) 863-8733.
