What an incredible weekend at Castlewood Plays for Hope💛 in Pleasanton

Golf, pickleball, bocce, tennis, an auction, and most importantly, a community coming together for a meaningful cause.

Seeing the impact of that generosity, and more than $418,000 raised, was such a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community rallies together.

So proud to be part of it. ❤️

Meet Riley 🐾

She's my neighbor here in Pleasanton, and she has more visitors than most people I know.

Cyclists stop mid-ride to say hi. The Saturday morning running club swings by. Kids know her name before they know half the adults on the block. Adults bring her treats. She just plants herself in the front yard and waits, and somehow everyone who stops for a minute ends up staying for ten.

Riley was recently diagnosed with nasal cancer. Her owners are heartbroken. But here's the part that gets me: the visitors haven't stopped. If anything, there are more of them. People who have never even met her owners are still showing up on that lawn every single day, just to check on her. And her owners greet each visitor warmly. It is touching to see this type of humanity unfold daily.

This is the part of Pleasanton you won't find in a market report. A dog on a lawn, and a neighborhood that decided, without anyone organizing it, that she was worth showing up for.

If you've ever stopped to say hello to Riley, tell me in the comments. And if you know a dog, a neighbor, or a small local tradition that deserves some attention, send it my way. 💛

Would you give up a bedroom for this lifestyle? ❤️

One of my favorite things about living in Downtown Pleasanton is being able to walk from home, grab a glass of w**e, have dinner, stroll Main Street and walk right back.

Sometimes it’s not about having more space. It’s about loving how you live in the space you have.

At some point, it seems like almost all of us have had an experience with hospice, whether it was with a parent, grandparent, friend or someone else we love. 💛

That’s one of the reasons Castlewood Plays for Hope is such a meaningful event.

From August 28–30, our Castlewood community will come together for a weekend of golf, pickleball, bocce, tennis and more, all benefiting Hope Hospice and the important care and support they provide to local families.

It’s a weekend of fun, friendship and community, but most importantly, it’s an opportunity to support an organization that is there for families when they need it most.

91% of agents are invisible.

Here’s proof I’m not.

I just spent three days at the Tom Ferry Success Summit, learning from Tom Ferry, the world’s #1 real estate coach, alongside thousands of agents committed to raising the bar.

The biggest takeaway? Success isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things consistently, staying ahead of the market, and never stopping the pursuit of excellence.

I invest in coaching and education because my clients deserve an agent who is always learning, growing, and bringing fresh strategies to every transaction.

Three inspiring days. Countless ideas. Renewed energy. I’m excited to put what I’ve learned into action and continue delivering exceptional results for my clients.
