🚨 WE’RE HIRING-HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
First Rate Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family owned HVAC team! We offer services for Residential & Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating, and Commercial Refrigeration.

The right candidate will be able to diagnose and perform repairs on their own, communicate well with customers, maintain company standards, and help prevent callbacks through quality workmanship and proper system repairs.
Qualifications:
🔹 HVAC service experience required
🔹 Refrigeration service experience is a plus
🔹 EPA Certification is a plus
🔹 Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
🔹 Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
🔹 Professional attitude and excellent customer service
🔹 Dependable, honest, and motivated

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional extended hours or weekend work during peak summer demand.
