Re-peat customer
The homeowner had some water leaking through the ceiling in the front bedroom.
Upon assessment of the situation, I had determined
The leak was caused by a clogged up gutter.
With the heavy snowfall over the winter the water had no place to go but inside.
The gutter was clear on the left side & the right side, the blockage was in the middle of the gutter which was directly aligned with the leak inside the home. The leak was roughly one foot inside, from the front of the home .
I had also found a couple flapping roof shingles, but don't believe to be the cause of the leak.
So we re-nailed & glued the 2 roof shingles, cleared the gutter, cut out the ceiling area which was soiled from the leak, patched it, plastered it and re-painted.
