This Bristol, NH garage that was just built got all new wiring and underground power. The original underground feeder was improperly installed so I ended up having to replace the conduit and wire from the house to the garage. I then installed a new electrical panel, lights, receptacles and associated wiring.

Hebron, NH basement remodel I completed for insulation this past week. All new wiring for lights and receptacles throughout, new switching for the basement stairs and an oversized double intake bathroom fan. HVAC is getting installed this week before spray foam and then I'll be back for a few final finishing touches before sheetrock.

Plymouth, NH diesel tank high level alarm install today. Most of the wiring associated with this tank was either not working or poorly done. I installed a new level alarm box, tank level sensor, new wiring back to the electrical panel and some other miscellaneous things to get it back up and working for a delivery coming this week.

What a day this one was. 200 amp to 400 amp three phase service upgrade for this Enfield NH mixed use building. The original service was undersized for the new commercial space that's going in on the first floor so an upgrade was needed. New meter, two new 200 amp disconnects (one for the first floor and one for the second floor apartments) and a new 200 amp 3 phase panel upgrade inside the first floor commercial space. The commercial space is going to be the new home of Carpenter's Cup Coffee that's coming soon in the next few weeks. This is an ongoing project I've been working on the last few months and it's finally coming together.

Waterville, NH Kitchen remodel from a few weeks ago. Some light upgrades for this kitchen remodel including new devices, updated under cabinet lights and AFCI/GFCI breakers to make it all up to code. While I was there I also reworked the dishwasher, disposal and microwave power. This was a quick in and out job for me in between final installs of counter tops and a few other updates the contractor is having done.

JL Plumbing & Heating, LLC collab today on this nice little Mitsubishi Hyper Heat 12k BTU install. This new unit is running the updated R454B refrigerant that is taking R410A's place. These new units look to have better performance specs than the older ones they are replacing which is nice.

This unit is going into a small log cabin that the owner was tired of sweating it out in the heat this summer. They will be much cooler now 😎

New 400 amp service upgrade completed a few weeks ago as a part of another larger job I've been working on. The old existing service was undersized for the added load to the building so I installed this nice new Siemens all in one two gang meter/disconnect with new service cables, some minor panel work in the existing house panel and then all new grounding and service risers.

Nice little Bryant condenser install JL Plumbing & Heating, LLC and I completed for a local commercial building. We replaced the furnace and coil this winter after discovering their existing furnace had failed. This was the final step to get them all back up and running with a complete new system. I'm really impressed with these Bryant systems. They seem to be really nice in comparison to some of the other brands I have installed.

Plymouth, NH bathroom rodel finally finished up. I started this project in March this year and due to some unforseen issues with the plumbing, the project was dragged out to the past month. All done now and I will say it came out really nice. This is inside a very old home, 1850s to be exact, so nothing in this house is straight or level. I'm really impressed with the work that was done on both the carpentry and also the tile work. These guys killed it. 😎
