This week, we’re spotlighting Rob Hendrickson! 👏

When we asked our team to name someone who always shows up and can be counted on, Rob’s name came up without hesitation. That says a lot about the kind of teammate he is.

This November, Rob celebrates two years with our team! Outside of work, one of his favorite ways to spend his time is saltwater fishing 🎣 and his biggest catch to date weighed an impressive 72 pounds. But when we asked about his favorite moment in life, there was no competition: the day he met his wife. ❤️

What stood out most in talking with Rob was how much he values the people and culture around him. When asked what could make his work life better, he genuinely couldn’t think of anything. He shared that this is the greatest company he’s worked for and that, as long as we’ll have him, this is where he hopes to retire one day.

It’s people like Rob who help turn a workplace into a team. Thank you for being someone we know we can count on, Rob. Here’s to two years this November and many more ahead!

This July, our Legacy Family came together to raise $14,420 for Hope Partners International, supporting families impacted by the devastating earthquake in Venezuela.

Throughout the month, a percentage of revenue from every customer who chose to work with one of our companies was donated to this effort, turning the work we do every day into an opportunity to give back.

This cause was especially meaningful because one of our employees has family living in the affected region, bringing the impact of this disaster close to home.

We are grateful to our customers, employees, and teams who made this possible. Together, we raised $14,420 to help families recover, rebuild, and move forward.

Today we're shining the spotlight on Stephanie, our Senior Customer Support Manager! Since joining the Organization in 2021, she's grown into a leadership role dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner.

After being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, Stephanie transformed a life-changing moment into motivation by committing to monthly 5Ks, earning 27 race medals, and even completing her first 10K. Most recently, she participated in the Valley Girl 5K, celebrating the women who inspire, lead, and strengthen their communities.

Stephanie's resilience, leadership, and positive attitude make a lasting impact on our team every day, and we're grateful to have her as part of the team💖
