This week, three Super Set team members hit the road with Tony for a hands-on visit at the heart of what we do on our job sites to examine our job-site processes, integration with other trades, and project struggles and successes.
Emily and Mary, two of our commercial project coordinators who work closely with our project managers and foremen, spent time diving into how site ex*****on drives project success and collaboration across trades. Seeing our processes in action reinforced just how critical strong communication and coordination are to every successful build.
Aiden, our new billing coordinator, got an inside look at the complexity of multi-floor, multi-unit projects—from managing logistics to maximizing efficiency across an active job site.
