We're thrilled to share an onsite look at the construction underway for the Midwest ENT project in Lakeville, MN! This new facility is designed to deliver top-tier ENT care and will soon complement Midwest ENT's other specialty centers across the Twin Cities metro area.

As the general contractor, we're proud to partner with Davis, Synergy Architecture Studio, KOMA, and Loucks to bring this project to life. With completion expected in the first quarter of 2025, this facility marks a new chapter in specialized ENT care for the Lakeville community.

These award-winning endeavors showcase the dedication and expertise of our exceptional team.

Firm Growth and Success: This year, we proudly expanded our footprint into the Wisconsin market, completing notable projects including the New Richmond Medical Center, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Additionally, we announced the well-deserved promotion of Patrick Finn to the role of Director of Operations. Patrick's dedication and leadership have played a pivotal role in our achievements, and we look forward to continued success under his guidance.

A Season for Giving Back: In the spirit of gratitude, community, and partnership this year the Timco team joined forces with Davis and Synergy Architecture Studio to support Hearts & Hammers and help build a stronger community.

Work is progressing on the Lakeville MOB project. Earthwork is ongoing with excavation and haul-off taking place, while storm water structures are simultaneously being installed. Foundation footing walls are also being formed and poured.

Thank you to the entire team, including Chris Kiehne, Jeffrey Heide, American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET), Atlas Foundations Co. LLC, and Julian M. Johnson Construction Corp for continuing to keep the project on-track.

The 44,000 SF, two-story, speciality center in Maple Grove is moving along. Earthwork and concrete foundations are on-going. Site utilities are in pace. 310 geo-piers have been placed to properly support the building due to unsuitable sub-soil. Construction of the brick stair towers will begin soon.

Timco, along-side Davis Healthcare Real Estate and Synergy Architecture Studio, recently broke ground on a 16,147 SF medical office building in Wayzata. The new facility will be home to Tailwind Pediatric Dentistry and Lorenz Clinic of Family Psychology, both located on the second floor of the two-story building. Completion is slated for August 2022.
