The company has grown rapidly, and today focuses exclusively on the building needs of the health care industry. Since 1982, when Tim McKee joined the company, Timco has focused primarily on construction and real estate projects for physician groups throughout the Twin Cities and

surrounding areas. In addition, Timco has completed a significant number of new hospital construction and renovation projects throughout the upper Midwest Region. Timco Construction is one of the few construction firms in the country to focus exclusively on the healthcare industry. We attribute our success to the highly-valued client relationships we have maintained for more than half a century. It is such relationships-coupled with our highly technical medical construction expertise-that allows us to manage complex medical projects of all sizes.
