Making your home beautiful again
TOUCHING UP PAINT? or ALMOST COMPLETELY REMOVING ALL OF THE PAINT FROM YOUR HOME? π¨πͺ£π¨
The smallest improvement can make the largest difference in making your home beautiful again.
Another home getting dressed up and made to look pretty like a prom date, ππΊ (stay tuned for our before and after pics). Mid to late May is prom season. We help homeowners make their homes beautiful just like they are going to prom. From small repairs and paint touch-ups, to bathroom or kitchen facelifts... I love seeing the joy that making improvements to a home that our customers have lived in and loved on for years.
If you are selling your home, curb appeal is so important. It starts 20 yards away, and continues through your home, and if you are "lucky," they will make it to the backyard. We can help create the best first impressions and keep those impressions positive as they walk around your home. Homeowners love to love their space, love to show off their space, and they enjoy when others love the home they have created.
When someone is looking for a new home, they drive and they drive, and they look and they look. Imagine how quickly the human mind starts to critique or develop positive or negative feelings towards a property they just pulled up to? People immediately envision themselves pulling into their own home and will already start placing their own belongings in your home. This is where it all starts! For a R.E Broker, this is when they punch in to go to work.
The show starts from that moment that they are just 20 yards away, then it's the entranceway, the front steps, the front door, (even the door color). Then right after the initial smell, it's how beautiful the interior of your home looks. Can they picture themselves living there and coming home as they just did, every day? Hoping it's a positive smell, lol, you could've either won them or lost them already, and they haven't even seen the back yard!!!!
I help R.E brokers and their clients, and homeowners re-beautify their homes. Sometimes to sell and other times to fall back in love with their own homes, like a prom date. ππΊ
We love our before and after pictures. From a simple repair on a window sill, (which you will see along with many other cool before and after pics), to almost completely stripping the exterior paint off of a home. It's these things and likely a growing todo list that's going to put pen to paper and make someone want to come home every day to the home that you have loved on for all these years. So as homeowners get ready to list their homes, as you will see in the following pictures, the smallest improvement can make the largest difference.
That was true for the homes showcased in this post. These "Showcased Properties" will be on the market soon. We just hope that the homeowner isn't going to stay in the home now that we dressed her up so beautifully for the prom.
This "Showcase Property" was in dire need of a makeover. This home needed some curb appeal and that's exactly what she got.
The brokers we work with call on us to get their customer's homes ready to list. The exterior is ready, interior next week and this old girl is ready for the prom.
