Insurance Restoration | Tree Damage & Metal Roof Repairs

Green Deal Construction recently completed another insurance restoration project after a tree struck this home, causing damage to the existing metal roofing and chimney components.

Following the damage assessment, the homeowner’s insurance covered the necessary repairs, including replacement of approximately half of the existing metal roof.

Scope of Work:
• Replaced approximately half of the existing metal roofing
• Repaired chimney flue vent caps
• Completed chimney repairs and waterproofing
• Installed new gutters along the front and rear of the home
• Performed additional minor exterior repairs

Insurance Restoration | Exterior Siding & Window Replacement

Green Deal Construction recently completed another insurance restoration project after a vehicle struck this home, causing damage to the exterior siding and a window.

Because the existing siding had been discontinued and a proper match was no longer available, the insurance claim resulted in replacement siding along with the damaged window. Our team completed the exterior restoration and brought the home back together with a clean, finished appearance.
