Jobs for the week

Started off the week battling the rain.

&
We spent time in Walnut Ridge at the Lawrence Memorial Cemetery. Took down 4.Trees and hauled off ..


We did some low limbing along a fence line for a gentleman which was the one that picked up some supplies for me in Jonesboro.


We took down a dying Maple tree and low limbed the oak next to it to allow more sunlight in for a nice lady near Maynard.

Was another busy week even after all the threats of rain.

Now its time to kick off the Memorial Day Weekend off

Well sometimes you have to rent.

Have a job in a backyard that isn't accessible with the Bucket truck and too dangerous to climb. .. It's Not too big of a job luckily and this is the first.time renting one of these. Trial job. Works out, it might be a consideration for other jobs.

Jobs for the week

Had a take down, some low over head trimming for a new pool deck that's getting a roof and some overhang on a house. Got to use the new mats to keep from leaving tire tracks in the yard.
Low limbing season is in. Leaves are coming on pretty good now making it better to get a good cut and more uniformed.

Leaves are on good and from now till winter is a good time for getting those low hanging limbs cut.

Jobs for the week.
Some wind damage to a Bradford Pear. Took it completely out.
Spent 2 days taking down 3 trees. Chipped the limbs and the customer kept the wood. The Cherry Log went to a saw mill.
Last job was for a repeat customer that was getting a new carport and wanted the limbs trimmed back. Smart choice doing it before she got it. Was way cheaper than me cutting over the carport.

Jobs for the week. Done several but only took pics of a couple. One being a 2 day job and one being some trees blown over in the storm last Sunday.
The 2 day job the customer wanted the yard opened up to allow grass to grow so we thinned out a few trees and low limbed the rest. I chipped the limbs and had a guy come in for the wood. Saving the customer some money.
The Storm trees we just needed to cut them up and drop.the remaining one left for the customer to pile up and burn
We also did a job at a cemetery clearing the trees along a fence and a downed Cedar from the storm but only got a pic of the cedar. Piles.up.in a burn pile there also.

Little Mid-Week Reminder.

With the First Day of Spring coming in next Friday brings those Dreaded Spring STORMS.

Leaves will be coming on soon weighing those limbs hanging over the roof and yard. Save your roof and your head mowing getting them raised up. It'll allow that sun in better to help the grass under the trees, dry the roof faster after rains and a splitting headache all around.
Insurance Companies have been sending out notifications to get the roofs cleared or risk being cancelled. If you get one call me ASAP, don't wait till the last day of the notice.

Starting the Month of March off with some big jobs ...

Done 2 Jobs this week. One we removed some overhanging limbs over the roof and took down one of the trees next to it. The second job we did a lot of ground cutting and trimming back a property that had been neglected for a while and things had gotten overgrown. All cleanup.

Closing out another month of 2026, wow we're flying through this year. As the saying goes, days are long but the years are short. Trust me I've had some long days but we're already standing on Springs door step..
We may be finally getting the rain we have been needing next week Looks like an all week long event.

I have been hard at it the last few weeks trying to get the last of the winter topping jobs done. First of March I shift over to the spring trimming. Some of the soft woods are already showing buds.

This Weeks Jobs:::
Started off the week with topping 6 Bradford Pears at an RV park. Cut up some falling trees for another. Done the last scheduled Topping Thursday. We had to call in Entergy to drop a service line to a light pole that was under the tree so thanks to Entergy for their help. Finished off the week with some smaller jobs.
