Poky!!!! M&M Contracting recently bought a house in EXTREME need of some TLC....one of our crews has been working every day to get it in beautiful condition for sale and are still working at it to make sure it is move in ready for the perfect person/family!!! It is still a work in progress, BUT we currently are giving the buyer the option of picking their preferred paint colors!! That means one less thing to change when moving in!! The kitchen is brand new from top to bottom, the floors are a gorgeous LVP, both bathrooms have been fully remodeled, new windows have been installed including an egress window in the basement, a brand new backyard deck will be added, as well as a new front porch!! And of course, a beautiful brand new roof as the cherry on top!!! Joe Haber will be posting new pictures as the work progresses!!!

What a beautiful Wednesday Pocatelllo!! We are soooo busy getting caught up after the cold weather we unfortunately just do not have time to finish our flamingo scavenger hunt, BUT that doesn't mean we aren't going to finish handing out the prizes!!! Each prize bundle will also come with 2 $10 Texas Roadhouse giftcards!!! And since we are only a week away from school being out these prizes are all about the kiddos!!! Let us know in the comments the fun family plans you have to kick summer off, we will choose 2 random winners in the morning!! Happy Memorial Day Pocatello!!! We've been super busy with work and traveling to visit family so haven't done a giveaway in a while, so tomorrow we will have two flamingos to find!!!! Be on the lookout 1st thing tomorrow of where we have hidden them, and the prize that comes with each!!!

Late start for our flamingo, but he is out!!! Our lil guy is hangin out in a popular spot in town to pick up camping, hunting, and fishing gear, even some awesome kayaks displayed out front!!! Remember to take a picture when you find him!!! Happy hunting 🦩🦩🦩

Happy Wednesday Pocatello!!! Halfway to the weekend!!!! Unfortunately it seems someone took our flamingo yesterday that didn't know about the scavenger hunt 😔 for the rest of the giveaways, we will be putting our little guys inside the businesses we pick with employees so it doesn't happen again!! The prize we had for yesterday will be for whoever finds our flamingo tomorrow!!! It includes a pop up picnic basket, a string of lime slice lights, a lime slice ice tray, a cutting board+knife set, as well as a $10 giftcard to Texas Roadhouse!!! We will try to get our flamingo hidden by 9AM tomorrow, so be on the lookout!! Thanks always for your continued support of M&M Contracting!!

It's a beautiful day to be outside Pocatello!!! Our flamingo is hangin out at a popular spot to fish, take your 4 legged friends for a walk, watch your kiddos play soccer and football, and even catch a concert in the summer!!! Make sure to take a picture when you find him!!! Happy hunting 🦩🦩🦩
