We are looking for a self-directed and focused office assistant that can receive high volume calls, organize agendas, and create appointments. The applicant will need strong oral and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, good time management skills, and a strong sense of professionalism. Applicant will need to be proficient in business software programs such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Also familiarity with Apple computers and devices as well as knowledge of book-keeping tasks and being able to handle payable and receivable accounts in a timely manner.
