Angel Advanced Technologies integrated lighting automation, climate control, whole-home audio/video, and remote access so the home is always ready, whether arriving for a weekend or checking in from miles away.
It was a privilege to collaborate with Jack Cook’s Construction Company and Robert Sharpnack, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail helped bring this vision to life. A truly refined finished product and a great team effort.

Concrete swimming pools must be bonded with a continuous #8 solid copper bonding grid that ties together all conductive elements—including the rebar, pool steel, pump motors, ladders, diving boards, and any nearby metallic components. Because the rebar in a concrete pool shell is already interconnected, it serves as the primary bonding conductor once properly tied into the equipotential bonding system, ensuring voltage equalization and reducing the risk of electrical shock in and around the pool area.
