Another perfect example of why hiring a certified pool service technician even for something as routine as a pool opening can save you thousands in the long run.
This pool began losing water shortly after it was opened by another company. Unfortunately, they forgot to install a ladder bumper, allowing the ladder to tear the new liner. As the water leaked out the groundwater pressure built up underneath the pool, causing the liner to float and ultimately tear at the main drains.
We were able to rush a replacement liner, get it manufactured, and have the new liner installed all within one week.
Attention to detail matters. Sometimes it’s the smallest overlooked item that leads to the biggest and most expensive repairs.
