🚿 Basement Bathroom: From “Uh-Oh” to “Good as New!” 🚿
Water damage under the subfloor had us pulling the toilet to assess the situation—no full demo needed, just a smart, targeted fix. We dried it out, repaired the damage, and gave this basement bath a practical refresh that looks great and works even better. 😎
🔥 The Magic Touch:
• Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring: waterproof, durable, and perfect for real life
• Crisp new vanity with a bright white top for clean, everyday function
• Kept the layout, upgraded the feel
More proof that a soft renovation delivers real results—on budget and on point. 💪
Not every project needs to be the biggest or flashiest. Sometimes a solid, affordable update is exactly what your home needs.
