Our customer was having sewer backups frequently. 1960s plumbing had its flaws. We took care of them with a 2way clean-out and got them flowing again. For the age, this asbestos pipe didn't look bad, it just needed a bigger sweep and a way to snake it.

If you manage properties or have a rental, go out yourself or have someone check on the water heaters. Too many times tiny leaks cause unnecessary damage. Be friends with your plumbing and address any leaks or concerns. We got to these 4 heaters just in time for not too much damage to be done.

Our client is doing a remodel adding 1200sqft. We recommend and they went with with the best tankless heater with a built in circulation pump. They will have almost instant hot water at every fixture, be able to fill their new soaking tub while two other people are taking showers, doing laundry, running the dishwasher, etc and never run out of hot water.
