If you manage properties or have a rental, go out yourself or have someone check on the water heaters. Too many times tiny leaks cause unnecessary damage. Be friends with your plumbing and address any leaks or concerns. We got to these 4 heaters just in time for not too much damage to be done.

Our client is doing a remodel adding 1200sqft. We recommend and they went with with the best tankless heater with a built in circulation pump. They will have almost instant hot water at every fixture, be able to fill their new soaking tub while two other people are taking showers, doing laundry, running the dishwasher, etc and never run out of hot water.

Cool little hose bib hiding in the wild. The tenants ran the riser over a couple times so we buried it for the owners.

The tenant called about rusty water dripping on their new car. They were able to buff it out! The steel water pipes in the house are at least 70 years old and springing leaks. We did a temporary spot repair while waiting on approval to repipe and upgrade this old home.
