Completed Project 🔥

This home went from closed-off and dark to bright, open, and functional.

We removed walls, added engineered beams on both levels, and completely reworked the layout—opening up the kitchen, moving the staircase, and bringing in way more natural light.

Full electrical update, new recessed lighting on dimmers, custom cabinetry, granite throughout, new flooring, and a full downstairs reconfiguration (bedroom + utility room).

Even swapped a slider for a large window to tie it all together.

Phase 2 exterior coming soon.

When a quick renovation turns into completely rebuilding a 96 year old home.
Home had NEWSPAPER for insulation!! Reading the paper in the 30’s made it enjoyable. 😆
