If you own waterfront property in Broward County, understanding the 5.0 NAVD88 seawall elevation requirement is important before starting a seawall repair or replacement project.

⚠️ The 50% Rule Matters

Major seawall repairs affecting 50% or more of the wall can trigger the requirement to bring the entire seawall up to the current 5.0 NAVD88 elevation standard.

🔨 Raising Your Seawall
