Hollywood has already spent more than $2 million on 21 new stands and is on the verge of spending another $700,000 to buy eight more towers. Some don't like the price, but most everyone loves the look.

Pretty new lifeguard towers have started to arrive on Hollywood beach. All 21 should be in place by the end of the year, Hollywood officials say. The cost: $2 million.

The City of Hollywood just contracted Post & Beam to build 21 new lifeguard towers. The Hollywood, FL beach is about to get a whole lot prettier!!! Cant wait to get started. Great job to everyone.
