This place is magical - perfect white sand beaches with massive white modern castles set in spartan but beautiful native landscape. I worked on the overall and detail design while working with CCI. We worked with Greg Norman on the golf course to save as much of the native vegetation as possible, weaving the golf course through and replanting large swathes of native plants. The Beachfront Estates are magnificent palaces in a psuedo-greek modern style. This resort's construction was trumped by the recession and hasn't lived up to it's planning yet. The golf course and the private estates were completed and definitely live up to expectations.

Just starting a great new project for great new clients in Golden Beach! This was a spec house with spec landscaping. Clients want a dramatic landscape dotted with a small portion of their art collection creating a beautiful fusion between art, architecture, and garden.

This is a great article in the August 2014 issue of Australian Country Magazine about the Summit Botanical Garden on the island of Efate in the South Pacific country of Vanuatu. I had the pleasure of working with the owners, Jim and Leslie Batty in starting this magnificent project. It is now the largest and most beautiful public garden in the South Pacific.

Pruning trees can sometimes have fabulous results or be blatantly awful. This one surprised me! This is a large ficus tree on a community center lawn. The entire tree was shaped into a large egg-shape, then there was a perfect circle cut out of the top of the interior leaving a super cool sunroof!
