Yesterday and today, we received calls from two different people whom we sent estimates to, with the same exact concern...

Yesterday and today, we received calls from two different people whom we sent estimates to, with the same exact concern:

Customer: “Can you please send an estimate to replace the WHOLE unit, compressor and condenser?”
Me: “I am so sorry, we sent the estimate yesterday, let me double check that the email I have on file is correct..”
Customer: “Email is correct because I did receive an estimate but I need one for the WHOLE unit.”
Me*confused*: “I am looking at the estimate right now, that IS for the whole unit.”
Customer: “Oh…you will replace compressor AND condenser at this price? Sorry, that just threw me off a bit. This is amazing, when can you do the job?!”

We promise you, you CAN make a decent living as a small business owner, without ripping people off and causing them financial hardship.💕
