Today, our team wore green to recognize Mental Health Awareness Month and to remind everyone: you are not alone.

In construction, we talk about safety every day. But mental health is part of that conversation too. Stress, isolation, and personal struggles are real, and they affect how we show up at work and at home. As an employee-owned company, Lee Contracting is a team that looks out for each other.

Two milestones. One great teammate. Congratulations to Kevin Evanson on 25 years with Lee Contracting and on being named a recipient of the inaugural Chairman's Award.

The Chairman's Award was established in memory of our late Chairman, Rob Barrick, to recognize team members who consistently demonstrate the accountability, craftsmanship, and commitment that this company is built on.

Twenty-five years in, Kevin continues to be exactly that kind of person.
