!!!ATTENTION!!!

I absolutely hate changing anything once I think its right but unfortunately due to rising fuel cost and materials unexpectedly going up we have to adjust our pricing. Effective April 7th we will be going to the pricing below:

Bermuda, sun and shade, tall fescue and ryegrass, (or any combination of those for ex: highway mix) will be $600 per tank. That covers an average of 3500 sq ft at $0.17 sq ft.

Zoysia and Sahara bermuda will be $850 per tank at about $0.25 sq ft.

Centipede will be $950 per tank at about $.28 sq ft.

If you lock in or have already gotten a price from me it will still be good. This will apply to all new quotes until further notice.

🌱 Will today's cold temps kill my grass? 🌱

In general no!

This sudden cold snap is not likely to kill your grass. While nighttime temps dropped down into the 20's soil temps stayed well above freezing. It could however temporarily stunt your grass coming out of dormancy but it will recover quickly when temps stabilize in the 60's again.

To help your lawn (or even gardens recover) the best thing to do is fertilize them and don't let them dry out too quickly as rains move out. Use either a spring lawn fertilizer or a low grade general fertilizer like 10-10-10.

If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Remember w**d and feed or lawn w**d killer and new grass seed don't get along and read the labels for established lawns. Some grasses like zoysia are not able to use a w**d and feed or w**d killer until completely out of dormancy.
