I just got rid of a few people so I’m looking to fill 3 or 4 spots. I’m only hiring people that know how to build a home. That’s it. I have 15 guys working for me now and they don’t want to baby sit. We have built around 24000 sqft so far this year.

Another little house I’m building. It’s going to be right at 9000 sqft under roof.

I bought 97 acres here between Harviell and the 4 lane. It’s located right off the pavement 10 minutes from Poplar Bluff. It’s also in Neelyville school district. It’s all soft rolling hills and all top soil. I have already sold off most of it. I have 3 - 4.395 acre lots at 55k a piece and 1. 4.5 acre corner lot 2 sides pavement with house spot cleared already for 60k.

4 months in and this monster is about done. Off to the next one.
