Experienced Construction Worker & Project Lead
AW Services is looking for an experienced construction professional in the Port Angeles area to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who can step into a leadership role with minimal training, someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage projects in the field, and isn't afraid to solve problems. We value hard work, reward initiative, and provide opportunities to grow with the company.
If you have the experience to lead a crew, communicate with clients, and keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high standards, we'd like to talk with you.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has construction experience
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Reads plans and solves problems in the field
- Produces quality work and expects the same from those around them
- Is dependable, professional, and takes ownership of their work
- Has reliable transportation and basic trade tools
Starting rate of $29-40/hr depending on experience and results of paid working interview
