Night Shift Parking Lot Sweeper
Are you a reliable night owl with a clean driving record looking for a consistent, independent job? We're hiring a Parking Lot Sweeper to join our team for night shift operations.
This is an essential position focused on keeping our clients' commercial properties clean and well-maintained. You'll be working independently, operating a sweeping truck to clear litter, dirt, and debris from parking lots.
Position Details
Schedule: Night shift, approximately 30-40 hours per week. Typical work week is Thursday-Monday. Start time 8:00pm. 6-8 hour shifts.
Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends and some holidays as required.
Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience. Position eligible for benefits after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a sweeping vehicle (training provided). Operate and maintain blower.
Follow established routes and schedules to sweep various commercial parking lots.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Handle minor equipment adjustments and cleaning.
Work independently and efficiently throughout the entire shift.
Get in and out of sweeper to use blower. Be able to lift 35+ pounds.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are non-negotiable.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working overnight and in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Prior experience operating commercial vehicles is a plus, but not required.

**Construction Laborer**
Rainbow Sweepers Inc. “RSI” is a well-established and respected construction company serving the Port Angeles and surrounding areas. We are committed to building quality projects and fostering a strong team environment. We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing team.
Location: Port Angeles, Washington and various job sites in the surrounding area.
Job Type: Seasonal Full Time with the potential of becoming Permanent Full Time
Pay Scale: Wage starts $18-$25 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
-Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
-Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
-Prepare job sites by clearing debris, removing hazards, and digging trenches.
-Operate hand and power tools
-Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site foreman or supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:
-No prior experience necessary; however, previous construction experience is a plus.
-Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and working in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling).
-Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
-Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
-Reliability and punctuality are essential.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-Basic understanding of construction site safety is preferred.
-Valid driver's license
-Good driving history (will be asked to provide driving abstract)
-Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
-Must be willing and able to work overtime and have varying start and end times during the week.
-Commercial Driver License (CDL) is a plus
