🚧 From Failing to Functional! 🚧
This project involved removing a deteriorating railroad tie retaining wall that had reached the end of its service life. The old wall was beginning to fail, creating both an appearance issue and a long-term maintenance concern.
✅ Removed the rotted railroad ties�✅ Regraded and stabilized the area�✅ Installed a new pressure-treated timber retaining wall system�✅ Added fresh stone and improved drainage�✅ Created a clean, durable, and low-maintenance finished space
The new wall provides a much cleaner look while improving the structural integrity of the area for years to come.
