Hagarty Home Improvement is seeking a Remodeling Construction Worker (Carpentry and Finish work)
Our residential construction company needs Construction Workers with hand on experience in remodeling. Candidate must be living and established in this area, this is not a relocation ad. This is an immediate position.
We are looking for FULL time employees, This is not a JOB FOR ON THE JOB TRAINING, We need someone that will show up on time, speak and communicate in English proficiently, and perform exemplary work. Reliable daily transportation. We are seeking Construction Workers with experience in bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, aluminum enclosures, additions, tile, flooring including but not limited to laminate, drywall install and finish, painting and caulking skills, window and door removal and install, along with exemplary finish work, and the ability to follow engineering requirements and other specialties.
Responsibilities:
Perform all duties as assigned by jobsite foreman or company owner
Be able to lift and carry materials and equipment from trucks to jobsite
Be physically fit
Ensure proper safety precautions when using machinery and tools for yourself, your team, and customers
Provide a well kept clean working environment at all times
Setup and break down of jobsite to ensure jobsite is properly secure at the end of day
Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team
Work independently with minimal supervision at times
Measure, cut, and install lumber, siding, and aluminum products to desired specifications
Skills:
High school diploma/ GED required
Minimum 2 years experience hands in remodeling construction
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical preferred
Be able to communicate in English proficiently written & verbal
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Advanced organizational skills necessary
Have reliable daily transportation, hand tools, and impact drill set required
Respect for customers homes and property, no foul language
Ability to pass drug test and background check
