It has been quiet in here, only because we have a ton of “behind the scenes” happening. Now that we have finished up the largest home we have ever built, we are headed back to the beach for the next big thing!! Signed contract first of the year, and working towards getting engineering wrapped up in the next couple of weeks. State permits have already been approved, once engineering is stamped, we head to county permits and start building!!
So much goes into these projects before we ever even scrape dirt. This is a hurricane rebuild, and we are excited to get it going!! Right on the Gulf, with a pool underneath!! Always something creative and different happening 😬Follow along, it is going to be a great year to make dreams come true!! 🏠 🔑 🏝️ ☀️
