Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Here is a beautiful condo in Marysville we had the honor of updating recently. What a change! We first started by stripping down all that old wallpaper, then we could start the prep process. The ceilings are popcorn texture, and they had never been painted. What a difference some flat white did for them. This was everything from top to bottom. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboard, and closets. The customer is very satisfied with the finished product. Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Here is a beautiful home in Fort Gratiot we had the honor of working in recently! We did ceilings, walls, trim and doors during this project. Including an accent wall that we did Iron Ore. A very nice compliment to the Alabaster walls. The dining room was actually a repaint. I cut a swatch out of the wall and had it matched. I do not know the actual color name for it. Everything turned out really nice, and the customers are very happy with their "new" spaces! Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! We have been very busy lately restoring America! Here is a beautiful home in Port Huron. Built in 1853, this is one very old house! Whenever you do a home this old there is always a ton of prep. You have to hand scrape the entire house, no other way. After that, all the prep work begins. Primer, caulk, and patch. Lots of it too. Pretty normal for a house this old. After that we could paint. This was a repaint of the same colors. If you have a similar project that you need done. Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Here is a beautiful home in Port Huron we had the honor of working on recently. We did a repaint of all the white siding, gutters, and downspouts. Everything turned out really nice! Started out by giving all the painted areas a good scrape. We then did all our priming and caulking. After that, it was time for paint. Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Here is a deck and pergola job in Lexington we had the honor to restore recently. Everything turned out really nice! We first powered washed both decks. Then a week or so later we stained all the raw wood with Rymar low voc oil stain. A top shelf product available at Sherwin Williams. Then we came back and did a repaint of the side deck with Porch and Floor enamel. Another product also from Sherwin Williams. This is one very satisfied customer! Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! 😁 Here is a beautiful lake home in Lexington we had the honor to work at recently. Everything turned out really nice! This was a full basement and full exterior job. These dryfall ceilings are so nice and professional looking when done. We also did the walls, trim, and doors in the basement. For the exterior, we painted the front door, along with all fascia and soffits. Very happy customers! They got a better deal doing everything at once also. Just wanted to note that. Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Need a metal roof painted? This customer did. What a difference paint can really make! We also did a full repaint on the main house. Everything turned out really nice! Then before we left they had us paint their sunroom, kitchen and livingroom. This happens quite a bit, we will end up doing interior and exterior work at the same time. I can always give better deals when we are already on site and set up. Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! Here are some pictures of beautiful lake home in Applegate we had the pleasure of working in recently. Everything turned out really nice! Very satisfied customers! Not much of this job was easy, very tall ceilings for most of it. We set a ton of nails throughout this house. Went through and made the entire house "brand new" again. We are coming into exterior season, but we still take on interior work throughout the whole season. Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! We are out here getting homes ready for exterior paint! Here are some examples of what power washing can really do! The deck is for example, and will not be painted. The garage will be painted at a later date. Power washing is something I do mostly on the weekends. We dont mind coming out and just doing that without painting if needed, just to throw that out there.
