Cyrus Masonry & Restoration is hiring a full-time Commercial Masonry Estimator / Restoration Business Development position.

We are looking for someone with REAL experience in commercial masonry and restoration estimating. This is not an entry-level position and we are not looking to train someone from scratch.

This is an in-office position focused strictly on commercial, industrial, municipal, and restoration masonry work. This individual will not handle residential leads.

Responsibilities include:

• Finding and tracking restoration and commercial masonry projects
• Working through BidNet Direct, SAM.gov, BuildingConnected, Procore, and other bidding platforms
• Reaching out to property management companies and general contractors
• Reviewing plans and specifications
• Performing takeoffs and estimating masonry restoration projects
• Attending site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed
• Coordinating with project managers on walkthroughs and bid opportunities

Mandatory Requirements:

• Commercial construction estimating experience REQUIRED
• Masonry or masonry restoration experience REQUIRED
• Must be able to read blueprints and specifications independently
• Experience with commercial bidding platforms strongly preferred
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage bid schedules without constant oversight
