✔️ Lead and organize a crew while actively working alongside them—not from the truck.
✔️ Plan the day’s work and keep production moving efficiently.
✔️ Hold the team accountable for quality, safety, and productivity.
✔️ Solve problems in the field and make sound decisions.
✔️ Communicate professionally with homeowners and management.
✔️ Set the standard through your work ethic and leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
• Residential remodeling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and quality craftsmanship.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to continually improve.
• Reliable transportation and your own basic hand tools.
