Ok we all know I have back issues that has completely stopped me from doing anything almost. So we finally figured out what is going on with it. My L 2 3 4 is a bulging disk. My L5 is ruptured. And I have nerve damage on my siatic nerve from my L5 being ruptured. Just thought I would let everyone know what is going on with me.
