I didn’t start this lawn care business with a truck, trailers, or expensive equipment. I started walking door to door in my neighborhood, knocking on doors and offering to mow lawns and sweep porches. Some people said no. Some didn’t answer. But some gave me a chance — and that was enough.
Back then, I didn’t even have a vehicle. I hooked a wagon to my bike and loaded it up with whatever lawn equipment I had, pedaling from house to house in the heat, learning what real work felt like. Every dollar I earned went right back into the business. Slowly, that bike and wagon turned into better tools… then a riding mower with a trailer.
As the work kept coming, the vision got bigger. Early mornings. Long days. Missed hangouts. Plenty of setbacks. But I stayed consistent. Job by job, yard by yard, this hustle grew into me buying my own truck and trailers — something I once thought was years away.
This didn’t happen overnight. There were no shortcuts. Just effort, patience, and believing in the process. I’m proud of how far this business has come, but even more excited about where it’s going. Growing day by day, staying hungry, and never forgetting where it all started.
If you’re starting from nothing, don’t get discouraged. Everyone starts somewhere. Keep pushing — your future is built one small step at a time 🌱💪
