5am call this morning 🚨 — the homeowner was trying to head to work when his garage door wouldn’t shut. He attempted to close it manually, heard a loud pop, and the door dropped off the tracks. Luckily, he wasn’t injured.

When we arrived, he explained he had done some maintenance on the tracks and rollers. It helped for a bit, but he kept hearing popping noises from time to time — a clear warning sign.
