We had a amazing opportunity to help out at NewLife Church Port Orchard and fix some huge leaks that started last spring. We fixed many issues before the rainy season hits.
This is a type roof that can not be pressure washed and only certain types of treatment can be used on these so we do not break down mortar. Someone saved money and in turn costing a lot more money, time and resources by pressure washing it.
-Always try to get 3 bids of whatever your doing by 3 companies that specializes in it.
If you ever hear your friend or neighbor talking about thier tile roof and dont know what to do or who to call, we hope you refer us, not as much of getting the work, but being able to inform them of ideas and knowledge about these roofs. If tile roofs are installed and maintained correctly they will out live any other roof round here.
