This homeowner chose to go with a modern farmhouse look.

All new black hidden vent vinyl soffit, smooth custom broke black aluminum fascia, all new black 6 inch gutters and the new 3x4 smooth downspouts for that commercial aesthetic.

We also custom made some white conduit boxes to hide the pipes from her ac and electrical lines to blend them into the new hardie siding.

We are going back next week to install leafguards to keep the gutters free of debris and flowing.

We offer an extended warranty to any jobs we install leafguards on our gutters.

Start to finish new 4" channel drain.

We removed the pavers, prepped the ground, poured a concrete base, installed the new channel drain, and reinstalled the pavers. Looks like it was done at the same time.

Cleaned the area and left the home owner worry free. She can now also clean the drain with the removable grates with a simple rinse with the hose.

The guys are out in Watersedge community in New Port Richey installing a new 4 inch channel drain in this homeowners back patio. They had the pavers installed and they push the water towards their lanai flooding it.

We are taking the water out to the back of their property to a 9x9 distribution box, not just a small pop up most companies use that get stuck and don't open over time causing more issues later on.

We catch water and move it professionally away from your home.

We are also installing some gutters in the front of their home to stop the washout and stair step cracking happening.

Finished up this Basalt stone fountain for a returning client. Lit up with accent lighting and a reservoir in the ground to pump water through each stone.

We added new river rock to his landscaping bed to add the finishing touch.

The subtle sounds of water is so relaxing at times.

They can also leave you having nightmares if your gutters are clogged 😆
