It’s going to be another ridiculously cold night for us….so here comes the post again:

🚨 Freeze Alert! 🚨

Mother Nature is about to try to turn our pipes into popsicles 🥶

Before Jack Frost tries his hand at plumbing, here’s how to keep your pipes from freezing (and your wallet from crying):

💧 Let faucets drip slightly — this Includes those outdoor showers!
🚪 Open cabinet doors to let warm air circulate
🔥 Keep the heat on—even overnight
🧯 Disconnect outdoor hoses & cover exposed pipes
🚿 If you have a Rinnai, let some water drip on the hot side of your faucet.
🪴 Don’t forget your plants and pets of course, check on your friends, family, and neighbors as well.

A little prevention now beats a burst pipe later 💥(Besides-we dont like being cold and wet all that much.)

Stay warm. Stay dry. Stay drip-free. 🛠️❄️

If you need pipe insulation or other winterization parts-we are open today until 5:00 pm.

If you do get a pipe turned popsicle that leads to a busted pipe situation, we will be on standy to take your calls as we warm up and start to thaw come Tuesday.

The store and office will be closed for the week starting at noon today (Dec 22nd) for the Christmas week.

Our guys will still be out working today and tomorrow and the will be off the remainder of th week as well.

We will all be back open on Monday, December 29th!

Be aware of road closures affecting traffic in our area later this week!

Road Closure for Weds, Thurs, and Friday.

The City Public Works plan to close west bound First Street from Reid Avenue to Highway 98 from 8:00 to 5:00 P.M. Wednesday Sept. 10, Thursday Sept. 11, and Friday Sept. 12.

They will be installing a new water main. There may be fluctuations in times if they run into a problem or may finish early.

We have a great deal on a beautiful vanity going! Marble top (fixed) with undermount sinks and separate backsplash piece. Predrilled for 8” widespread faucets. It does have some minimal damage on the left bottom inside the cabinet from water damage (as seen in pictures but where no one will see when you put your things in it). $600 FCFS (cross posted). Available to see in person in our showroom as long as it’s available.

As always you can call us at 850-229-6821 with Credit Card payment, or mail or stop by with cash, check, or card at any time.
