Starting to notice a pattern

Another brand new shingle re roof completed within 48 hours thanks to our hardworking crew and management.Creating a seamless experience start to finish.

THE PATTERN:
WE
○Arrive early as possible to beat the heat and afternoon rain chances . Spread out tarps, cover plants and walk ways. protect anything like wells systems or a/c units that may be in the line of fire.
○GET TO IT! . Remove all old roofing materials and fasteners. Thoroughly remove and replace any damaged plywood before nailing off . This isn't the corner you wanna cut. A strong,solid deck is essential for the longevity of your new roof.
○Never Bite Off More Than You Can Chew !.Especially with south Florida rains . Make sure you can properly dry in using a thicker peel n stick underlayment to cover up instantly and avoid getting caught with your pants down
○FASCIA REPAIRS. one of my personal favs always take pride in your work A+ ONLY
○FLASHING INSTALATION .this where the experience pays off.in the most critical and vulnerable areas with the heaviest water flow.its and absolute must this is performed correctly
○Installation . Knowledge is key !
Along with quality materials, install techniques like popping lines,foot traffic and ,being familiar with a bull trowel ect..... Is a tremendous plus in the performance and cosmetics of a beautiful,properly functioning new roof
○clean up , pick up ,run magnets 🧲 ×10 laps around the property then do it again.
○inspections and deliveries. with multiple inspections to pass .planning these has to happen strategically and correctly or else theres gonna be obstacles and delays. Along with material deliveries scheduling has to be on point 👉 in order for the operation to run its course ..
