It’s weird being a contractor. I can look at my own house and see an entire maintenance list even though we keep up on such things. I just kind of have to phase it in and do the next priority first. This NW climate is conducive to fungus rot, dry rot, wood boring insects, failing paint or stain. It’s an ongoing task to keep it up.

This is one of those projects where it’s hard to capture every detail that went into the finished product, but I would say it will last a lifetime on the water. The entire project was done with “Sherwin Williams Rain Refresh” Self Cleaning Technology!

Emerald Rain Refresh from Sherwin Williams. It’s a substantial investment in paint product, but I’d say the finish is worth it. Tape won’t even stick to it when it dries!
