The little things.
A challenge since my grandfather started plowing in the 1930s with a Model A Ford how to properly wash salt and potassium acetate off the undercarriage.
This handy tool finally gets where corrosion likes to hide. Pricey, but what it will save in repairs next season will pay for itself many times over.

The Cow Bay Shop team staying busy keeping our customers’ vehicles and equipment running strong. Repairs this week range from routine service, installing a new clutch on an old-school tractor, breaking down a 1600 compressor that wasn’t repaired correctly by others, to getting a brand-new engine ready for installation on a sandblasting machine.

Spring has sprung, and the Cow Bay team is back at Woodside Houses getting to work. 🚧🌱
We’re trenching for temporary electric service as this community begins its transition to state-of-the-art electric heating and cooling systems. It’s exciting to be part of infrastructure upgrades that will improve comfort, efficiency, and sustainability for residents.
Much more to come as this project moves forward — and as always, safety is job number one for the Cow Bay team.

The Cow Bay Snow Team just added another piece to the fleet as we gear up for what we hope will be a long, cold, and snowy season ahead. Every year we push to step up our game, better equipment, stronger team, and the same commitment to keeping our community clear and safe all winter long.

Saturday is for relocating snow at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn. The Cow Bay Snow Team was onsite today clearing out snow piles and restoring the property to pre storm conditions across parking lots and pedestrian walkways. Great job by the team getting it done and keeping the site safe and accessible. Let it snow.

Today we got the call from the Port Authority to help dig vehicles out of long term parking at JFK on short notice. Aldo and his Cow Bay Snow Team are onsite making a real difference, clearing snow manually so when travelers return they can get home easily without the stress of digging out their cars.
This is the first time in all our years working at JFK that this was requested and we are proud to help. This team just gets it done.
