Summary:
We are a full-service roofing and remodeling company, specializing in both interior and exterior home improvement projects. Currently, we are in need of an Office Coordinator to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our office.

Job Duties (including, but not limited to):
Answering phones
Appointment setting
Compiling and maintaining customer files
Some light recordkeeping
Tracking projects, to ensure deadlines are met
Miscellaneous clerical work

Job Requirements:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar software
Punctual attendance
Excellent interpersonal communication
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation, to and from our Portage office

Not required, but definitely a plus:
Knowledge of VOIP phone systems
Familiarity with the construction and remodeling industry

Salary/Hourly:$400 per week plus raise after 1st 6 months of employment
Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Summary:
We are a full-service roofing and remodeling company, specializing in both interior and exterior home improvement projects. Currently, we are in need of some energetic marketing superstars to help increase local awareness of our services and help expand our client base. As a Marketing Representative, you will be speaking with homeowners, developing a rapport with them, and setting up in-home consultations for them, so that our Home Improvement Specialists can help inspire and enhance their home.

We have both telemarketing and in-person sales opportunities, so pick your strength! If you feel you truly shine in a particular sales setting, we are happy to have you focus on that area as much as you like!

Job Duties (may include, but are not limited to):
Warm calling
Cold calling
Inspecting select properties for potential home improvement opportunities
Informing potential clients of our wide array of home improvement services
Appointment setting
Identifying home improvement opportunities using thoughtful, open-ended questions
Representing our company with optimism, persistence, and integrity
