We will be closing at 1 today. We will have a tech on call, however he will only be responding to emergency calls that have NO HEAT. Please allow extra time as the roads are not pleasant. Also if an emergency does come up please make sure that there is a spot for him to park off street as to not hold up our wonderful plow truck operators.

Safe to say the groundhog will NOT see his shadow today. On that note, due to weather today response time will be later than normal and we will be operating on EMERGENCY service only. Meaning, if you have no heat we will respond. If you need service please advise us of your parking situation and whether or not we can get in your driveway.

Nice time lapse of a Mitsubishi hyper-heat mini split in defrost. At times the coil will ice over, the unit will pick this up via a sensor and it will go into a defrost mode, this is about a 1.5-2 minute process then right back to heating. Amazing products!
