Started with nothing but a set of stairs and open concept with no walls. We completed everything starting with framing each room, running the plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, tile, and finishings. All that work gave the customer this amazing usable space. A little over half way done with the framing. When it’s done they will have a full bath, a master sweet with a huge walk in closet, a great room, a storage room, an under stairs closet, and a Utility room. More updated pictures will be added as we go.
