RAE Earthworks Family Announcement

It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of one of our best supervisors this weekend. Our boy Phoenix fought a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Phoenix was more than a dog — he was a rescue, a bait-dog survivor, and a true fighter. He reminded us every day what resilience, loyalty, and second chances look like.

In honor of our late fur baby, RAE Earthworks will be donating a portion of the proceeds from all projects booked between now and the end of April to the Cambria County Humane Society.

If you’ve been planning a project, there’s no better time.
Together we can help give more animals the second chance Phoenix had.

At RAE Earthworks, giving back to the community that supports us will always be part of who we are.

With the season coming to an end for the team we were proud to sponsor, we had to celebrate the only way we know how — the RAE way — with a pizza party. 🍕

But tonight wasn’t just about pizza. It was about celebrating a season full of hard work, growth, laughter, and the memories these kids made together. Watching them learn the value of teamwork, determination, and supporting one another is something truly special.

To the boys and girls — congratulations on an amazing season. You should be proud of yourselves. The effort you showed on the court and the character you showed off it is what truly matters.

And to the coaches — thank you. The time, patience, and heart you pour into these kids does not go unnoticed. You’re doing more than coaching basketball. You’re helping shape young people and giving them the tools to succeed both on and off the court.

Moments like this are exactly why we do what we do. Seeing these kids smile, grow, and believe in themselves reminds us that investing in our community is always worth it.

We are proud of every single one of you, and proud to stand behind the families and programs that make this community so special. Portage has always been a town built on people showing up for one another — and we’re honored to play a small part in that.
