Homeowner had a broken clay sewer line underneath the sidewalk out to a clean out. Broke out sidewalk and installed new 4" PVC out to a new 2 way sweep clean out. Stone is temporary until customer decides sidewalk replacement.

Installed a new clean out by the house and repaired the sewer lateral that was packed with tree roots with new 6" gasketed PVC.

Multiple underground utilities made for exciting excavation on this one, but nothing a good shovel can't fix! Holes knocked in clay pipe sealed with concrete is never a good idea for a tap or clean out as dirt and tree roots make their way in. Sewer line was collapsed under a concrete slab and shed so a new line was the best option. We installed a new tap at the sewer main and rerouted the sewer line out of the back of the home, installed a clean out and laid new PVC out to our tap.

Homeowner called for backed up sewer line. Found multiple holes in the line from backfill along with a fernco joint separated. The line had been leaking for some time leaving the ground sloppy and saturated. Trench was overdug and laid stone bedding. Corrected the clean out and laid new PVC pipe.

Had a bad belly from a drop in the lateral near the tap at the sewer main along with multiple cracked joints that was causing back ups for this homeowner. The clean out was also installed improperly knocking a hole in the clay and attaching stand pipe with concrete. All new PVC and a new clean out was installed to get them flowing again for another happy customer.

Homeowner noticed sewer line was leaking into crawl space from a crack in the cast iron line going through the foundation. Further investigation proved the cast iron fitting going to the soil stack was also cracked. The old lateral was clay pipe with some offset joints so the homeowner opted to replace the entire lateral to the tank while we were making repairs. Ran new PVC through the foundation and sealed up with hydraulic cement then installed new PVC out to the tank along with a clean out outside the home.
