Meet Robert! He is one of our Senior Service Technicians and has been with Jacobs for 11 years.

What do you like most about working for a family-owned business?
The thing I like the most about working for a family-owned business, is that they treat you like family and you're not just a number. There is a nice feeling that the owners and staff all know who you are, and you're respected for being a part of the team.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: I won 2nd place on The Voice "The Ocean Edition". I was on a 15-day cruise to Hawaii from LA - there were 1,500 people in the theater I performed in, and the performance was streamed to over 100 cruise ships! If I had won first place, it would have given me a shot at The Voice on network TV. Not a lot of people know that I can sing country music! 🎶
