It's a great time to start thinking about your spring and summer grilling game. Here's a backyard wood-fired pizza oven and wood-fired Argentinian gaucho grill JBuilt made.

It utilizes a pre-fabricated pizza oven concrete dome and base door with an added secondary structure of brick and block on top with a small gap between the two to create an insulation blanket. Then the whole build was wrapped in stone, each one completely custom cut and ground to fit. Underneath the oven is space for a wood fire, which pulls heat from the fire up though the oven and out the chimney in the front heating the whole thing. To the right of the oven is reclaimed red brick for the backsplash of the Argentinian gaucho grill.

Felt inspired by this image of stones being used as mini retaining walls to add definition to a decorative garden.

The multiple tiers keep everything looking crisp and clean. I think this is a great idea for front yards if you need to add some curb appeal.
