This featured Lifetime Remodeling Systems project included a full EIFS stucco replacement, new HardiePlank siding, a CertainTeed Presidential roof, stained cedar accents, and Trex composite decking.

The home’s original EIFS siding had gone unmaintained for years, creating the need for dry rot repairs, updated flashing, and a complete building envelope upgrade. Our team removed the failing exterior materials, repaired damaged areas, installed a fully drainable HydroGap housewrap system, and rebuilt the exterior with premium, long-lasting materials designed for Portland’s wet climate.

The result is a NW contemporary exterior with improved curb appeal, long-term protection, and materials selected to perform in the Pacific Northwest.
